Contract Details

  Payment should be completed in advance month by month.

  For long-term stay, guests are asked to pay key deposit money(amount of one month rent)
     in advance which will be given back to guests if there is no damage when they check out.

  Every utility charges such as electricity, water etc are included in room rate.
     (except 2 Bedroom Apartment in Gwangwhamun - guest should pay for utility charges.)

  Every room is equipped with double bed, air-conditioner, cable TV, table, chairs, closet,
     free internet/Wi-fi.
